SLA Provisions & Terms
1. Scope of Coverage
This Agreement covers all production microservices, REST endpoints, Webhook listeners, and Sovereign Universal Widgets deployed under the quickfrequencytrade.com domain hierarchy.
2. Scheduled Maintenance
Zero-downtime rolling upgrades are standard. Any structural kernel updates requiring node failover are announced at least 72 hours in advance via our changelog and status channels.
3. Incident Response Protocol
Severity 1 incidents trigger immediate automated routing failovers within 300ms, followed by autonomous multi-agent diagnostic audits and hot-patch deployment.
